Terms of Use

Last updated 28 October 2026.

These terms apply to your use of eatzap.app (“EatZap”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. What EatZap is

EatZap is a listing service. Independent venues post food offers (“deals”) and visitors can find them and lock a code. EatZap only lists offers. We don’t sell, prepare or deliver food and we don’t take payments. Any purchase is between you and the venue.

2. Venues are responsible

Each venue is solely responsible for its food and drink, ingredients and allergen information, food safety, prices, the accuracy of its deals, and honouring every valid code until it expires. Always ask the venue about allergens before you order.

3. Codes

A code holds a deal for up to 2 hours or until the deal ends, whichever is sooner, while quantity lasts. Codes have no cash value, can’t be exchanged and are for one use. Venues may refuse a code that has expired or has already been used.

4. Venue accounts

  • You must be 18 or over and authorised to list the venue.
  • Venues are reviewed before their deals appear, and we may refuse, pause or remove any venue or deal at any time.
  • Deals must be accurate, legal and family-friendly, and for food or drink you are allowed to sell. No alcohol-only deals, tobacco, vapes or adult content. Photos must be your own and are checked before they appear.
  • You give us permission to display your venue details, deals and photos on the site.

5. Reports

Anyone can report a deal. Deals with several reports are paused until reviewed.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a deal, a venue, food or the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can’t be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date here. Questions: please use the contact page.
