How EatZap works

EatZap is a free website that lists last-minute food deals posted by local cafés, bakeries, restaurants and food shops.

  1. Find a last-minute deal near you on the list or map.
  2. Lock it – no account needed – and get a short code.
  3. Show the code at the venue and pay them directly.

Finding deals

  • Tap Deals near me (your browser asks permission to share your location; it is used only to sort deals by distance and is not stored) or choose a city.
  • Filter by food type, or show only deals ending within 1 hour.
  • Switch between the list and the map.

Locking a deal

  • Tap Lock this deal. No account is needed. You can add your email if you want the code sent to you.
  • Your code holds the deal for up to 2 hours, or until the deal ends if that is sooner. Codes are also saved in My codes in your browser.
  • Each deal has a limited quantity, so once all are locked it disappears from the list.

At the venue

  • Show your code. The venue checks it in their dashboard.
  • Pay the venue directly, the usual way. EatZap never takes payments.
  • Ask the venue about ingredients and allergens before you order. The venue is responsible for its food and for honouring the deal.
  • If something isn’t right, use Report this deal on the deal page.
